At Your Service: Welcoming Customers with Disabilities

A self-paced web course for discovering the best practices for interacting with and accommodating individuals who have disabilities. To provide good customer service to customers with disabilities, it is important to understand the federal legislation mandating the rights of people with disabilities and the responsibilities of program staff, so that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to access the programs and services offered at your business. This course offers both an overview of the context in which supports and services are provided and a variety of disability-specific information.
