Recent news segments focusing on the misuse of the ADA in so-called “drive-by” Lawsuits has caused widespread confusion and reaction among the general public. Attorney J. Aaron McCullough will provide an update about so-called ADA “drive-by” lawsuits across the country, including some of the more recent media reports on this issue. This webinar will focus on the legal reality behind these lawsuits and also take a look at proposed legal reform and related updates on this issue.
