In this 90-minute webinar, Supervisory Trial Attorney John Stanley will present an overview of the ADA statute's baseline coverage standards and reasonable accommodation issues, including the obligation to engage in the interactive process with individuals who have disabilities and the special considerations that may arise when workplace conduct is based on disability. Finally, Mr. Stanley will review charge filing, mediation and litigation processes applicable to individuals who bring ADA claims to the EEOC. John Stanley heads the legal unit of the EEOC's Seattle Field Office. He has litigated ADA cases since the inception of the Commission's enforcement efforts in 1992.
