This webinar will be presented by the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center, a project of TransCen, Inc.

This webinar will take a closer look at current trends in case law involving students with mental health disabilities in higher education. Presented by two attorneys from the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, it will include discussion of students’ rights and colleges’ responsibilities under the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Fair Housing Act; how the Department of Justice and courts have ruled on these rights and responsibilities; and best practices colleges can use to support students with mental health disabilities.
