ADA 25th Birthday Family Fun Fest

Join Disability Rights Texas and the community as we celebrate the anniversary of one of the most important civil rights events in our country’s history—the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)! Join us as the ADA Legacy Bus makes a special stop at the DRTx offices in Austin on March 1, 2015. The ADA Legacy Bus will be touring all over the city that day and will make it's last stop at our location. Bring the whole family for a fun, family-friendly celebration with food, LIVE music, a small animal petting zoo and games for the kids (and “big” kids), and surprise guest speakers from around the state. We’re excited to welcome special guest speaker Archer Hadley, the Austin High School senior who raised thousands of dollars so the school could install several accessible automatic doors.
